For first-time sessions, you may set aside the maximum amount of time you might desire, and then make an informed choice during the session. Hours I typically practice between the hours of 9a.m. and 10p.m., though earlier and later sessions are often available with advanced inquiry. I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of 90-minutes – especially for our introductory session.
