When we are open and vulnerable, our true gifts as lovers come shining through. Sometimes it feels scary to be open like that...let me create with you a place to practice this art of presence and vulnerability.
Safely and Sweetly I will guide you into a space of relaxed opening through healing, heart centered care, and sensual exploration.
My experience is rooted in Tantric teachings, yogic practices, energy and bodywork styles, and a down home sweetness without compare!
I believe that we are all deserving of an awakened body and mind and can achieve beautiful moments of deep inspiration and connection through breath, sound, and sensual play.
My beautiful space is central to Seattle and is a lovely place to unwind and find peace, relaxation, and yum.
My sessions are 1 hour, 90 minutes, or 2 hours in length
90 minute sessions are recommended since we will spend some time in a coaching conversation to start before moving into embodiment practices/bodywork. Please keep this in mind if you are interested in a 1 hour session.

Note: Series session packages are available for those who are interested in seeing me on an on-going basis. I offer this after I have seen you once and we've established a connection. There is a lowered rate per session in a grouping of sessions. Please inquire if interested.
Q: What's a Coaching and Bodywork session like?
A: We will spend time together in my cozy studio space while enjoying warm tea. I will facilitate a focused coaching conversation that relates to where you are in your experience of life and how I may be able to support you in the best way. Guiding you to my warmed bodywork/healing table, I will ask you to totally relax and breathe. I will sweetly move you through a body relaxation process that will open you sensually to deeper body wisdom...this is a co-creative and a moment to moment experience....ultimately it is your intention and willingness to open that will result in a powerful, relaxing, and sensuous exploration! The first lesson is in Surrender...how to receive...how to let go...how to just Be.
Q: What is a Tantric Coaching session like?
A: Coaching is a great way to find out where you may be stuck in your life and how to create new possibilities for yourself and your relationships that are successful and joyful! Will share tea and I will guide you into a coaching conversation that will illuminate perspectives that you may not have had before...and usually they are right inside of you! It is my role to ask the right questions and help you remember that you knew all along. I am open to discussing the most intimate aspects of your life and am excited to offer support.
